PAYMENT
To provide a safe and easy shopping experience, Lasten Satumetsä Online Store offers the following payment method options:

- Online banks (Paytrail)
- Invoice (Klarna)
- PayPal
- Gift card
- Business invoicing (paper invoices, e-invoices, e-mail invoices)
Shopify payments (Stripe), Klarna Bank AB and PayPal act as the implementation and payment service providers of the payment brokerage service.
Klarna Checkout includes all Klarna payment methods: Pay now, (card payments, online bank payment and Klarna direct payment), Pay later (invoice) and Split your payment. Klarna Checout does the identification and automatically shows you certain information, as well as the payment options available to you. The preselected payment method is automatically an invoice. The customer can choose the payment method that suits him, such as card payment or direct payment through his own online bank. Klarna Checkout makes sure that you can make your purchases safely, regardless of the payment method you choose.
Klarna offers you the opportunity to pay for your order only after you have received the shipment. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been processed and you have 30 days to pay.
When placing an order, the customer must state their first and last name, e-mail, delivery address and telephone number.
DELIVERY METHODS
Domestic transport is handled by Matkahuolto and Posti. Smaller products arrive at the pickup point in 3-5 business days. The furniture in stock is delivered via Matkahuolto, the delivery time is about 1-2 weeks. The recipient receives a text message or email as soon as the package is available for pickup. Storage period Matkahuolto 7 days, Posti 14 days.
We offer free delivery for orders over €100. The offer does not apply to custom products, furniture and Stapelstein products.

Mathy by Bols furniture is always delivered to the customer's home address. The driver contacts the product buyer and agrees on the transport in advance. If the shipment cannot be distributed, it is taken to the terminal to agree a new delivery time with the recipient. An additional fee of 60 euros is charged to the sender for new delivery and storage of the shipment.
ORDER PRODUCT means that the product is manufactured or acquired only after the order has been received. Such products can arrive directly from the manufacturer and the delivery is longer. Delivery times for ordered products are indicated in the product description.
If the customer receives a product damaged in transit, the customer must complain about it immediately. The customer must check the product before use. If you have received the wrong product, report it to customer service: kaspalvelu@lastensatumetsa.fi.
Please note that when ordering products that require special transport in the same order, the delivery fees will be combined. Example: you order a play tent whose delivery fee is €20 and a Stapelstein whose delivery fee is €4.90, in this case you pay €24.90, because the products cannot be sent in the same shipment and the tent requires its own transport. If you order a set from the play tent, in this case you only pay a €20 delivery fee, you don't have to pay for the transport of the mat separately.
If the same order contains both stock products and order products, we will deliver the stock products immediately and the order product as post-delivery according to its own delivery time.
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight.
As a rule, orders are sent in 1–3 business days if the product is in stock, but the delivery time may vary by product or delivery method. Possible deviating delivery times are indicated separately on the product page or elsewhere on the online store page.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. If the stated delivery time deviates for reasons beyond our control, the seller is not liable for compensation. Lasten Satumetsä reserves the right to cancel your order due to technical problems, delivery problems, fair use practice and other similar situations. The customer will be notified of the situation in question, and any payments made or reservations to the payment method will be returned or cancelled.

REGISTRATION
Ordering from the online store does not require registration. If you wish, you can register a user account with your email address. After registration, you get your own user account where you can see your information and order history. You can also delete your user account if you wish by sending us a request by e-mail.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If the customer wants to exercise his right to return, he must make a return notification within 14 days of receiving the products. Products to be returned must be in their original condition, i.e. unused and salable. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. The right of return does not apply to personalized products that have been ordered and manufactured specifically for the customer. In this case, the return is made directly to the manufacturer, if the manufacturer accepts it. Large order products are usually returned directly to the manufacturer (we always look at the situation).
If you want to return the product, contact our customer service by sending an email to customer service@lastensatumetsa.fi. Add your name, order number and reason for return to your email. Mention which products you are returning. We will try to answer your email within 1-3 business days.
Pack the product in the original packaging. The products must be packed carefully so that the shipment is not damaged during transport. You can return the products after you have received confirmation from us by email. As our customer, you yourself are responsible for the arrival of the returned product to us. Therefore, take down the tracking number of the package before leaving it at the office and always ask for a receipt when returning it.
Failure to collect is not the same as return. Uncollected furniture is not automatically returned to the sender.
RETURN COSTS
You can return products via Posti when the return has been agreed upon and you have received a return slip, in which case the return fee is €3.50 . (Does not apply to furniture, tents, wallpaper). We will deduct the return cost from the refunded amount. The refund will be made to the original payment method of the order.
Furniture return. The furniture must be returned through Matkahuolto . The customer can take the product to the Matkahuolto point themselves or request a pick-up at the door from our customer service at kaspalvelu@lastensatumetsa.fi. We charge €6 for the pick-up service, which we deduct from the amount to be refunded. We only accept unopened packages.
The return cost of furniture is €1/kg, i.e. if, for example, the bed package you ordered weighs 10 kg, the return cost is €10. The kilo quantity can always be found in the shipping list in the package that you have received..
The return processing time is about 10 days. We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have been notified that you want to exercise your right of cancellation. However, we have the right to wait until we have received your return.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
The products do not have a 14-day right of return, as the product is made specifically for the customer. Our custom-made wallpapers do not have the right of return. For example, wallpapers cannot be returned due to different color batch numbers. We do not refund any extra rolls of wallpaper. If there are defects in the ordered product, you can file a complaint.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT
There is no exchange option in our online store. If you want to exchange the product you ordered, you must return the exchangeable product to our online store and make a completely new order for the product you want.
COMPLAINT
If you want to complain about the product, please contact our customer service at kaspalvelu@lastensatumetsa.fi to receive instructions for making a complaint. In order to process your complaint, we need a written description of the defect and visual material that clearly shows the defect in question.
ORDERS NOT PICKED UP
We reserve the right to charge the customer the delivery costs for the uncollected package (return fee and delivery fee). We charge the customer 25 euros if the package is not picked up. If you want to return a package, you must first pick up the package and follow the return instructions.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
The gift card can be loaded with between 10 and 200 euros and the card is valid for 12 months. The card is used as a means of payment in the online store lastensatumetsa.fi.
The value of the gift card can be redeemed by entering its unique code at the checkout. The gift card balance can be used to pay for more than one order. If the available balance of the gift card is greater than or equal to the total amount of the order, the customer can tap the button Complete the order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the total amount of the order, the customer is asked to choose another payment method for the balance before placing the order.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and an expired or lost card cannot be replaced.
The gift card will be delivered to the e-mail address you mentioned as soon as the purchase has been completed.
Discount codes do not apply to the purchase of a gift card.
CHANGE
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time before placing an order. We treat all customer data in complete confidence. By ordering the products from our online store, you accept all terms.
