The mattress extension piece fits the Wood Original mattress, size 90×160 cm. With the extension piece, the mattress becomes 90×200 cm, which fits all other Wood Original beds.

Dust and dirt do not easily accumulate in the mattress. Thanks to its easily washable cover, the mattress is very hygienic and suitable for allergy sufferers. If needed, you can even wash the upper part of the two-part cover, as it has an integrated zipper, making the cover easy to remove and put back on.

Material: The mattress core is made of European HR cold foam, which is very comfortable, breathable, and hypoallergenic. It easily regains its shape after use and has good load-bearing capacity. Density 33–38 kg/m³.

The cover is made of organic cotton herringbone fabric and quilted with a layer of wadding made from recycled PET fibers. One side of the cover (the top) contains a breathable, waterproof layer made of Oeko-Tex certified cotton and laminated with a TPU film (thermoplastic polyurethane) on the inside. The waterproof side is marked with a separate label.

The removable cover is machine washable (max. 40 °C).

The mattress is manufactured in Europe and complies with European safety standards and regulations. The mattress has been tested according to safety standard EN 16890 and meets European fire safety standards EN 71-2 and BS 7177.
